What do you recommend for intake - a K&N Typhoon? As far as exhaust goes, would a cat-back Flowmaster 40 series work really well? and with what size tips? What would a shift kit do for me when I have an automatic? And what chips do you recommend and how much perfomance can I expect out of one? Thanks guys!

Paint your calipers red to match... nice car, i like the red/black, you could prolly paint parts of motor/intake etc... to match the red/black combo.

How would I go about switching my cars transmission over to a manual? and also, what type of exhaust can I get for a very deep and loud sound?

Dont switch it to manual. That will cost way too much money and time. get a grill delete and get rid of the plate in the front.

A shift kit will firm up the shifts, meaning u wont here that space in between shifts. Its not worth it to get a manual, if u get gears, shift kit and a torque/stall converter you would be faster then most manuals. If u get a JLT intake u can have them paint it red to match the theme of ur car. But to complete the outside get the windows tinted and head and tailight tint from autobadges. With the style you have goin, I think it would be bada#* if u got ur bullits powdercoated in red.Maybe u could have someone photoshop it for u, but thats just my opnion

Where can I get the JLT intake? Also, what type of gears should I get and can I install them myself? Where can I get the shift kits and torque converter?
