Keep getting the P0305 error. Here is what I've done.

Replaced all plugs
Replaced all Spark Plug wires
Replaced the Ignition Coil
Replaced the Ignition Coil Connector
Intake Manifold Gaskets.

What else? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Nice and dry down in the well, no coolant? #5 is right next to the thermostat, if you have a coolant leak there then down in that plug well is where it will go.

What year car are we talking about, '99+? If so, swap the coil from that cylinder to another (your pick) and see if the misfire follows. I know you mentioned replacing the coil already but it's easy enough to do that and rule in/out an individual coil.

May want to look into having your injectors cleaned. Not a bottle of **** in your gas tank "cleaned", but actually cleaned via removal and specialized equipment.

May also want to consider performing a compression test. If that turns up negative results, follow up with leakdown test to further pinpoint the problem.

I'm with you, Compression test first but, if the compression in all cylinders is within spec (negative), a leak down would be pointless as it won't find anything. Generally the compression test lets you know there is a problem with the cylinder sealing, the leak down helps pinpoint what part isn't sealing (valve intake or exahust, rings, or head).

I may have f'd up my terminology there, I meant negative as in "bad" or out-of-spec.
