I don't know what size wrench for the filter. I use K-N oil filters and they have a 1 inch nut on the back.

I usually get the car started draining then jack up the pass side a little and let it sit for 6 or 7 mins. Drop her, plug her, and give her 6 nice shots of Royal purple.

I have put in 6 quarts everytime and it falls right where it should, about 3/4 of the way up the hatched marks on the stick.

That reminds me, I need to order some oil!

The best way to remove the oil filter with out getting a Drop of oil anywheres is.
Get a 1 Gallon Plastic Ziplock Bag. And place it totaly around the filter when removing it then everybit of oil will stay in the bag then Ziplock it closed. Presto all done and No mess.. If you Value your Car always change your Own OIL...

ive seen that on mustang world that you need to jack up the passanger side cause the oil sits in the corner of the pan. cool thanx didnt know if that was needed but ill do it that way. if anyone knows the measurements for the oil filter wrench it would be a big help. im using amsoil and amsoil filter but i still have to take off the motorcraft filter.
