Yes I've ported half a dozen sets of heads. Lots of porting on briggs motors too for kart racing. Never ported a 4.6 head but theirs no real difference since I do the equivilant of a stage 1 or 2 port job. Wade sorry I started already, Veronica is at a movie and I'm waiting for her to get back - today's my birthday and she wants to do something special. Today was kinda crappy for a B-day, had to work till 3 then helped someone move till 4:00 when it started raining. Was supposed to go to the track tonight because it got rained out last night - and now Im watching my 11 month old while working on this intake.

Done with my break back to work.

I would gladly port my heads if I could find the time to do it. Ive got a Contour with the head in the machine shop sitting in my garage, a Cadillac outside waiting on an engine rebuild, and my wife's Cobra waiting on an engine job as well. No room in my garage for another car and can't work on the Contour till the head gets back in - so I squeezed in the intake job. I don't have anymore cars to work on lined up, so maybe I'll take a break when I finish them all in a few weeks.

OK here's some pics, still in the middle of it - but figure it'd save some time and maybe spark some interest. Im pretty much done roughing it in, just gotta start the cleanup and polish process now. Will do tomorrow. I only got to work on it for about an hour and a half - got interrupted.

Before

Roughed in with stones

Outside roughed in with stones, I've removed the pony emblem & misc. ridges for polishing

Hey Md, Can you port my trickflow plenium? Or would it be just not necessary? Can you polish the trick flow? Also, do you think I would get my parts back If I mailed them to you? LoL
