will the heads fit though good question RED i know they minght not fit on a 2v 4.6 block something about the holes wont line up supposibly but that block being used already with dual cam heads i woldnt see why not but who knows????????????????????????????

yea i know im asking because i am getting a Mark VIII motor and want to get rid of the whole IMRC crap so im wondering will 03 heads and a 99 intake work or will 99heads and 99 intake work

hmmm i think most people are running that that whole engine just changing the intake harnes and ecu i could be wrong though but i always like learning about new engine combos never know when you might wanna change your setup or a buddy does so you can help out

they are both modular engines so theoretically they should bolt right up. I dont have experience with your situation so I dont want to say for sure, but I dont see why they shouldnt work.
