Default problem

i have a 2004 mustang GT 4.6l and everytime i turn the wheel i hear a sqeaking noise coming from the front of the car, its brand new, also i hear a buzzing noise from the rear of the car when im at about 42 MPH, it sounds like its fom the rear tire area. Any ideas?, i took it to the dealer and they said they fixed it and it still does it.

Default RE: problem

Several guys and myself questioned the very same thing. The conclusion we come to was its slack in the drive train. I think they said its the driveshaft or something in the transmission thats loose for a purpose, and the purpose being is that you cant have something under that much torque that tight or it will snap really really easy. I hear it all the time when Im turning and stopping and in 1st or 2nd gear. Pull it out of gear and take your foot off the clutch and turn and you probably wont hear it at all. Thats the way mine works anyways.

if you
Pull it out of gear and take your foot off the clutch and turn
and you still hear the 'squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek' from the front end, it could be the tie rod ends. i had to replace both of mine because it was driving me NUTZ!
