Hey MDValdosta.

How is your car running. The last I read, you were having some valvetrain noise. Has it cleared up yet?

I also wanted to ask how you were enjoying the new cams. In your opinion, was the change worth it?

Thanks,
Todd

Yea Todd the change is definately worth it. Nope I haven't fixed the valvetrain noise issue yet, Im pretty sure a couple of my lifter's aren't pumping up. Car runs and drives fine, the only issue is the noise and a little power I'm losing because Im not getting full lift on those valves that are making noise. I just have to pull the valve covers off to find out which lifter(s) are making noise and replace them. I shoulda been more careful collapsing them, I remember a couple of them feeling like they ruptured. By the way, if you do it the old fashioned way (remove timing cover) then you won't have any potential issues - I took a shortcut and paid for it. I won't likely be using the AFM tool anymore.

I am gonna port a set of heads for the car and swap em out soon, so I'll probably just wait until I'm done with that and just do it all at once, since I have so many other things going on now it's best I save some time.
