Do you think you pass smog with new cams? Do you think it is worth raising the engine to remove the headers everytime you want to pass smog? Is it a pretty simple procedure?

I want longtubes for my car (badly) but my car is too low right now(sportlines spring 2 1/4 inch drop. I will get them as soon as I get my car hooked up with coil overs from my buddies from maximum motorsports. That way I can raise and lower my car from 1 to 3 inches. The only problem is the class I want to run in doesn't allow coil overs[&o]
