well how often do you get to top speed? I like a really fast take off myself, top speed is just a plus that I rarely use.

I hit 115 with 4.10 installed... I gave up after that but it still had more rpm to give.

Richmond is a company that makes gears and other stuff. They have a history of whining loudly. I bought Ford racing gears and they act like good little gears.

The ford racing gear sets come with everything you need except carrier shims, which are pretty expensive... around 15-20 dollars each, youll need 2.

Same thing the mechanic said... "If they start humming bring it back asap."

Do I need to buy the carrier shims or will they have them there already? I bought the FRPP 4.10s and royal purple gear oil, I thought that was all I needed

nope it won't, I wen't a 150mph on the way to vegas with my 3:73's got up there real quick too.

Im in Killeen and there is a shop in Austin named Prewitt Racing that does everything to my car. Look into them.
