Default Need advice for upgrade

K I want the biggest bang for the buck so I decided Im going to do all the small mods... CAI, exhaust later. Right now Im looking into cams or head work.

I noticed alot of people do the small stuff first and the big stuff last, is there a reason for that? What should I go with next?

The main reason people do small stuff first is because you can buy small stuff faster than the more expensive upgrades because it's cheaper. A lot of people don't have the cash to shell out $500 for cams or however much more for a good port and polish job. You can do several smaller mods for the same price one big mod will cost.
