2001 trans

i know i posted same ? earlier but they guy im buying from gave me wrong info, will a 2001 trans fit in a 98gt? he said somthing about maybe having to change mounts or somthn??

I believe it will fit if it is the t45.

Depends on the year. In late 2001 the started with the 3650. If the 2001 was made in the earlier part of the year it will fit.

the mount on the rear of trans is alittle different, it seems to be pushed back abit, does anyone know wat i have to for it to mount under the car, can i jus get a 2001 mount and will it jus fit in???
