lemon law??/
i have a 2004 mustang anniversary edition gt, and this will be the 3rd time i had to take it in to the dealer because of my suspenion making really loud noises, and my back tire makes noises too, ive only had the car for a month and it has 2000 miles on it, will the lemon law work for this case?

Suspension Noises? My 04 made suspension noises.Lower bushings and replacing the upper control arm fixed the problem.Dealer said the old parts were dried out.Sounds like Ford is using up all their old parts in our cars.[>:]Anyone else having this problem? As far as the lemon law I don't think this will qualify untill the car is actually undriveable for a period of time or safety is compromised.I couldn't even get a loaner car because the dealer said that the car was driveable and I could take it home untill the parts arrived(I didn't).I got it back the next day anyhow. My brother's girlfriend had a Kia[:'(] and after a couple of years of torment the dealer had to buy it back.

i was talking to 04GT about his steering making noise.
mine did the same thing ford fixed it and its ok now.
but i also get a squeek kinda like a bird chirp from my suspension
when hitting a bumpy road.
i was driving beside a 02 or 03 GT the other night and there suspension was squeeking just going down a normal road.
has anyone else had that prob.
i also asked ford about it and they said they couldnt duplicate it so they coyldnt fix it. dam def bastards.
