B&M and TransGo are probably about equal, but I use B&M religiously so I'd choose the B&M kit. They've been in the business for a long time and have the drivetrain market cornered. I don't know about whether it makes life tough on your tranny or not though.

DILO, i have heard that it is better for automatic trannys to shift quicker because the time inbetween shifts is when your tranny builds up heat, so the quicker you can go into next gear the better.
also, how do you like the 4.10 gears? im thinkin about getting them, i have an automatic as well. what are your 1/4 times with your current upgrades??
