Does anyone here had this annoying dash rattling ????

If so plz tell me how to fix it !

It seems to come from the windshield defrost grill (in this area)

Seems that grill doesnt fit right in alot of stangs. Me and two friends bought 04 gt's at the same time.... happy salesperson lol, anyhow and we all had the same prob. The defrost grill didnt fit right so ford ordered all of us new ones. It wasnt a rattle though... it was a squeek.

Mine used to rattle right where my traction control, fog lights, and defrost buttons were at but I just fiddled with them alittkle bit and it stopped and it happens from time to time but I just push the buttons until it stops

Wow that really sux. I get a noise from the a/c vents when it is on.

This is common. My 04 does it too. I've learned to live with it, or give it a good smack.

I used to think it was my dash and was trying to find the noise. It only started doing it after I went down the quarter a few times. Finally I found out that it was the clutch pedal rattleing and all I have to do is put my foot under the pedal and pull up and it stops.

the tip of my handbrake does it too... only when i hit 2500 rpm or so tho.. not a big deal...
