RE: Driver window not working
crazy i read this, i have a 01 gt convertible and the same thing happened to me. I had the top down crusin on the highway for bout 30 minutes went to go get something to eat so i put the top up, all teh windows went up except he driver window! [:@] I usually press all 4 of the window switches at the same time so i thought i overloaded it. Drove home with top back down, got home and it went up, since i did it one by one. weird...hasnt did it since. My back windows dont like to roll all the way up all the time either.

RE: Driver window not working
A fewe months back I too had the same problem ... it's not that bad to do yourself. For about $70 bucks for replacement motor and 2 - 3 hours of your time ...

So helpful!!!!!!!!!! Almost bought new window Motor until I read this thread. Open handed slapped the outside of the drivers door panel about five times and window started working again. Love this forum. 2001 mustang gt convertible.

Yesterday I couldnt get mine to go up (im gutting the 97 interior and have the door panel off.) There's a little electronic box that attaches to the door panel itself near the rear of the panel. Because I was swapping panels, I pulled the little gray and maroon box off and plugged it in letting it hang. Glass went up no problem. Makes me wonder if the connections into that relay or whatever it is get loose or the box itself is at fault...
I'll get a pic of the relay or whatever it is so you know what Im talking about.
