Is there a difference between these years because you can get a new 03 pretty cheep right now.

...Didn't the early 03's have different connecting rods? Didn't ford make a change midway through 03 to a stronger connecting rod? That's what I heard, anyway.

They had the same wheels.

The 03 had a 10th anniversary edition that used a different wheel. I think it was a Ford Racing design.
