with underdrive pulleys you will get 5 -10 more horsepower to the wheels becuase they are lighter than stock pulleys. BBK is a good choice.

I highly recommend getting steel pulleys such as Steeda. The aluminum types are all piggyback (meaning the stock crank pulley/balancer is mated to the aluminum crank pulley and then both are mounted.) I had MAC udps, which are identical to the bbk's and I ditched them after 2 months for Steeda pulleys. Yeah, cost more, but I no longer have the issues I hade with the MACs.

Installed easily just like the instructions said. Everything lined up and seems just fine. For about a week.
After that, if I kept the car between 2500-2800 for more than a second, the car would misfire and throw codes for the 3rd and 5th cylinders. I took it to Ford and asked everyone I could about this problem. In the end, I figured out that the pulley was causing a vibration that the crank sensor was picking up and causing the misfires. I verified that everything was bolted correctly and to torque specs. Nothing worked. I installed Steeda pulleys and I've never had that problem return. Also, once you mate the aluminum pulley to the stock dampener, it's pretty much permanent. So, going back to stock is almost impossible without purchasing a new dampener.

I have steeda and love em, no problems at all. What they do is slow down your accesorys and stuff to put more power to the wheels. Kinda like A/C on Vs A/C off. I felt a lil power gain and pleaseeee ignore all the bs you hear about your battery not charing and stuff...alll false.
