The idea of aftermarket headlights is to IMPROVE your night vision. Tinted and/or blackened healight and tail light treatments only REDUCE your vision while driving and make it way harder for other cars behind you to see you brake. The easy way out, and cheaper, is simply to install one of Sylvania's new ultravision bulbs that will increase visibility quite a bit, both front and sideways. Pep Boys has a rebate on them right now. There is also a longer life version for $10 more. Otherwise, check out any one of the many aftermarket mail order shops that offer various complete kits.

Not all people just want to replace their headlight unit's because they can't see. Some people like the look of them.

mine are really faded and scratched so new ones would help alot with the night vision ? atm it is terrible I cant see anything at night I cant really tell if they are on sometimes

anyone have some pictures of aftermarket headlights?

The stock 94-98 gt lights are garbage....just swapping them out for the clear headlights will improve your night vision alot....if you buy those ebay ones make sure you buy a tube of clear silicone to seal all the edges before you install them so they never leak. The clear fog lights also make a huge difference in light and looks.

From RPMOutlet a few years ago...they don't sell them anymore. They are basically the same as the stock Cobra clear headlights but with a black edge inside to give them a different look. Clear fogs are from latemodelrestoration.com (5.0resto.com)
