Default Odd noises from engine

i have a 2001 GT basically stock. i am having issues with a high pitched noise coming from the engine when i get on it. My belts looks good no cracking or anything wierd on them. Recently when i push the pedal all the way down it starts to spudder like its trying to hard.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks

If you want to see if it is the belt than take the belt off and start the engine just for a short time.
If you have no noise than its the belt or one of the acc. or possible pully.
Not sure why your car is hesitating or if it is related.

im going to replace the belt and tensioner just in case. they are pretty inexpensive and a simple fix. i was considering upgrading the pulleys but didnt feel like dropping the money for them just yet, maybe i should.
