01 blue bullitt

i have a 2001 blue bullitt with stage 3 patriot heads stage 4 crower rough idle cam, tuner, long tubes. full exhaust, 4.10's, throttle body, and suspension.... what i need to know is how much power will it be around and my biggest concern is if i bought arp rod bolts and arp head bolts would it be safe to spray 100 shot... any and all help is much appreciated... thanks guys

What are your cam specs? That alot of heads and cams with a stock bottom end. 100 shot should be safe.
