I have a red 02 GT and want something different hood wise.

Ive narrowed it down to a couple choices..I just want some input.

03/04 Cobra hood

2-3" cowl

Ive been leaning more toward the cowl just because I think it makes the car look mean as hell, but after seeing machwon's car with the Cobra hood, it has me thinking. Just looking to see what you people think...

I like the stock hood just wish it was functional? The cobra hoods look so plain to me but "there is a lid for every pot" its what ever you think looks good thats why there are so many options. Your car is a shodow of your self so make it what you want it to be!!!!!!

The non functional thing isnt really that big of a deal to me. Its actually kinda funny.....my hood irritates me the most when I wash/clean my car. After I get my car washed and am using my chamois to dry it, there is constantly water running out of that honeycomb **** in the scoop. Damn that bugs me....ends up leaving streaks all over my hood. See, with the cowl, I wouldnt have to worry about it, and like I said before, I think they make the stangs look so damn mean....

Cowlllllll babbyy! Like the dude above said, Cobra hoods are too boring and "plain". Give your cowl a twist and go with a Cobra R hood

If you get a cowl... dont go too steep with it unless you've got mods to where you need it. Just looks a lil awkward if its too much. A 2 inch cowl looks really good tho. I don't know how you guys think a cobra hood looks boring... I like them but its just my opinion.

The I really like that stock hood. That Ram Air II hood that Cervins got for the Stalker Mustangs are nice. And they are functional Ducts so Air is really "Ramed" in there instead of the stock hood giving off a "parachute" like effect air dam.
