i dont understand why they would be asking so much? 35,9? i will get a number from the bank tomorrow and post what happens.
im guessing they arent going to sell the car for what its worth, they are probably going to wait for some IDIOT to pay what they are asking.

that is the biggest ripp off i have heard in a while. 35K for a 2001, screw that man. I forget which book but i think its nada's black book that actually has saleen's listed. For that kind of cash you could probably get a brand new left over from 2004. they are on ebay all the time. A 2000 S281 is probably worth in the low 20's. Plus the series II supercharger on those isnt the greatest. It takes a LOT of upgrading to get them to the upper 300HP range. Stock they are only pushing high 200's.

Screw getting an original .. build one yourself and save thousands, plus it will be your custom job, and have "everything" that you want it to have... its alot more fun and in the end you'll take alot more pride in something you engineered vs. buying something already done ...
