yes and yes....and if your going to replace your clutch I would strongly suggest that you go with a cobra clutch for better performance, I got one put in about a month ago and it grabs like no other, probably about 30-40 percent better grab then the factory clutch, and its rated for upwards of 500hp

They dont make King Cobra clutches for the TR-3650 (they put these in mid 01-04). You have the T-45 (99- mid 01) in your car and they make the King Cobra for your tranny.

if you are at high revs(racing) push it in all teh way, for sure, orelse you are likley to burn out the clutch, not get it in gear, force it in gear when it doesnt want to(breaking a fork and having to replace the tranny)

normal driving though, about halfway is good enough, or where ever the release point is, in my integra, i only have to push in about an inch, unless im flooring it, with the mustang, its normally about half way.

Thats probably not too great of an idea. You bogging/lugging the engine big time (or you revving the **** out of it and burning up you clutch). Once I wasnt paying attention and took off from a light in seconds. I had to give it a huge amount of gas and it still almost stalled. I though something was all fudged up.....then I went to shift and realized it was already in second.

well i launch it at about 1500 rpms in 2nd and it goes just fine, then at about 2000 rmps i shift to 4th works great for me in city driving, this is with 3.73s

For us guys with gears ... its a different story ..

You can launch all day in second with a 4.10 and hurt nothing .. I however usually go 1st 3rd 5th ..
