Default torque box reinforcements???

Are these a necessity? Anyone have them installed? They seem like cheap insurance, but if they're not really necessary I can think of a better way to spend 50 bucks...

Hey,

Before I get any engine work done I am getting the torque boxes done and sfcs'. The engine is the fun part, when it's all done you just want to go tearin around town enjoying all that new power. Mean while your frame starts to look like a potato chip.[:@]

Get it done real cheap insurance.
