Even though my coolant is full i keep getting low coolant light. It doesnt come on emediatly sometimes it takes 15 or 20 mins but it keeps comin on. Is the sensor in bottom of reservior? Really pissin me off seeing this light on lol. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Its the curse of the Ford Quality! lol. I would say take her to a dealership. Or just deal with it. lol

Have you tried reseting the Computer? Unplugg the battery for 15 minutes and plug it back thing?

If you have recently run it through a car wash it'll do that!

+1, mine always stayed on for a day after a car wash. After I put the blower on it doesn't do it anymore. So, I say put a blower on and it should go away.

As you guessed, the floater has most likely sunk to the bottom. It happens all the time on our cars. You have two choices. You can try to clean the post it slides up and down on off a little with a toothbrush, which might work, or you can get a new reservoir. Or I guess a third choice is to continue to ignore it. Just be careful not to ignore an actual problem.

your sensor is sticking mine did the same thing you have to get a new one
