How many miles???

Your tires are new so I would rule that out.

IF it's a front end rough ride I'd put on some new outter tie rod ends. Their cheap & easy. If it's a rear end problem I'd think shocks/struts.

It's really tough to tell w/o knowing how many miles/details on how/where it was driven.

it had 75k on the clock now and it has always been in Michigan...where the roads are the worse. The tires a new but i notice dthe car feels really firm and takes turns pretty well. I thought maybe the tire pressure must be quite high...It sux because the sticker inside the glove box that tells the pressure is gone. Does anybody know what it says?

Look in your driver side door or under the hood for the catalyst which will list your factory tire pressure. It's pretty safe to say I've "never" been to Michigan. I went there once when I was a shorty, but that doesn't count when you talking about road quality.

But if you can declare the roads "****ty" You might want to do an all around struts/schocks/springs maintenence.

It's hard to know where the problem lies when we don't know where the **** is the "problem" is originating??? Front??? Back???

DETAILS!!!

to be quite honest man...i cant tell if its the front or back...i just say oooo **** when i hit a bump. I looked in the door jamb and its not there...ill look under the hood. Its a pretty smooth ride on the highway my car just doesnt like bumps. its quite bad because when i hit a bump it makes my car kinda jerks when its left in gear and im accelerating which is because i guess my foot is going further down ont he pedal

push down on both ends of your car, and if the car bounces a lot (2+ good bounces) your struts/shocks are loosing dampening strength...time for new ones

Sounds like a front wheel lower Control arm to me. Just cuz I've had a similar situation.

If I was in your shoes I'd find a set of shocks/struts/springs on ebay for dirt cheap cuz it might fix the problem and you'll need them anyway. Just careful of the seller...

Edit: Jack up the front end and violently shake your upper and lower C/A's. If that part has varience, replace it. Sounds like it's deffinately the problem to me though.
