This really shouldn't be a bitch.. the throttle body bolts shouldn't be that tight against the plenum, and being as the manifold is plastic the plenum bolts shouldn't be that tight going into the manifold. Be careful not to overtighten them.

When you say TPS i imagine your talking about a throttle positioning sensor, the tps on a 4.6 is non adjustable unlike many tps's. So there is no need to check the ohms and da da da this and that. Just bolt it on and plug it in.

I'm not sure the exact torque on these bolts but remember, there is really no need for them to be super tight, there is no outward pressure on this piece, so long as your not running boost.
No...you may need to check your tps voltage...mine was off and it was idling too high. It should be around .98-.99 mine was over 1 volt. It was overall a pretty easy install and i had no problems with the TPS bolts. Mine doesnt whistle it makes a sucking sound instead. Its kinda weird

what kinda of performance did you guys (gals) see from this? Cost? Difference between brands? sizes?? I have a 03 GT stock (for now)
