Anyone else ever have their intake pipe pop off of their TB while driving? Jesus christ thats a terrible sound, especally with a blower.. talk about an "Ohhh shizzle.. that doesnt sound cheap" moment.... Apparently I loosened it a bit earlier when I was cleaning my MAF.. got everything down there tightened back up, cleared the code, etc.... but didnt check to make sure I didnt pull that piping loose up there.. actualy was playing around on the highway with a pretty quick truck when I heard it... so yeah.. scarry stuff.

Whats the worst noise any of you guy's 4.6 has made? lol

I've had that happen. Some of my intercooler piping was clamped tight enough and it popped off after the SC. If it pops off before you maf, you'll almost die out and blow major rich black smoke out the ***. I KNOW, lol. TIGHTEN RETIGHTEN CHECK TIGHTEN DOUBLE CHECK RETIGHTEN.

I had mine pop off on the dyno run. I was like, damm that internal bypass (blowoff) should not be that loud.

When the car goes over 10 PSI I am definatly swapping over to all t bolt clamps.

well when i was first learing to drive stick i tried to put it into reverse from a 20mph roll in first (idk what i was tryin to do)....
the grinding sound was so horrible, errreeeeereegehehgeheg)

I'd have to go with the big sizzle after your intake manifold cracks and steem rolls from the engine and girls stair only slightly different from the way the staired before! LOL

Huh?? I've never heard of a diff "blowing up" with a mod motor. Usually it's the axles/trans that take a **** with a mod motor.
