I have an 02' GT with 90k miles. I have bolt on mods, but would like to know if adding heads and cams at this point would be a good idea.

If your rings are still good, there is no reason really not to. However, Stage IIIs will make daily driving a little rough. I'd also P&P the intake (gasket match) otherwise it will become something of a restriction.

You'll need a good dyno tune to make it work right. I hope the local shop uses the predator, otherwise start saving for the SCT.
