Default Temperature

Was curious to see what the temp gauge should be at running temp. It gradually climbs to dead center between the C and H and stays there once warm. Is this normal operating temp for these cars? It is a 2000 GT.

Good to know. I just got the car Monday and I haven't had a chance to really go over everything. The car only has 22k on it and the person kept it up. I want to get a good base for everything before I start changing things.
