i was just curious if my car could hang with or even beat a 03-04 cobra or a supercharged roush i have a 5 spd 01 GT with a vortech S trim 10 psi supercharger 38 lb injectors flowmaster cat back and king cobra Hd clutch. my x-pipe is on the way i know that will help but as my car sits now do i have a chance??

I would say no on beating, hanging with possibly. but i could be wrong. Cobras are supercharged also and have a better engine than the GT so thats why I would say no on beating one.

If you can get into the 12's then you have a chance. Just looking at your mods it will be close.

MD is out-running them. I've never heard of a stock Cobra breaking 12.4

i dont see many cobras around my area thats why i was wondering i do have a roush convertible and a non supercharged saleen around here though.. i am hoping my aftercooler, x pipe and my cobra R tranny will help it out a little bit once i order all ofit in the next month or so

Guys! The stock Cobras runs the quarter in the mid to high 13's depending on the driver. If your in the 12's which he would be with the right tires, it's no contest. Cobra's (03-04) have 320 horses.

Huh? 03-04 Cobra's with any competant driver will break 13.0's. 03-04 Cobra's have 390FWHP (underrated).
