ok thats what i was thinking. im gonna be purchasing abunch of stuff from VTengines and im gonna be rebuilding my engine becuase it just passed the 80,000 mark and i wanna rebuild it before i put any kind of F/I on my car. but what i was wandering is would it be better to jus buy a new block or just use my current engine i have in my car i have a 2000 mustang gt

Forged parts are the same parts as stock just that the steel is stronger. Im not sure how its done somthing with cast steel and forged steel. I think it has somthing to do with heat but there are diff levels of forged parts. Some are stronger than others. I have probe forged pistons, Eagle h-beam rods and bearings, Cobra forged crank, and a studded main all held together with arp bolts. Builder said my motor was good to 1000hp. Id like to prove him wrong lol.

but say if i completely rebuild my motor. would that belike buying a new block and putting the forged parts on the block. or no
