Got some quotes at the different performance shops and the lowest presented me with these prices:

$500 for install
$450 for chip, tune and dyno
$150 for x-cal

Others charged $700-$800 for just the install...

Does that sound about right?

yes thats not bad but do the install yourself it is not bad at all and buy a canned tune from that shop just to get it there and then pay them too tune it

where did you go to get quoted?? your in florida right? i went to lamotta and they quoted me 600 for the install i believe

It was $700 at Modular Powerhouse for installation, changing oil, 5 dyno pulls and tune by Tim.

Real Street Performance. Jay Meagher (ex lead tech from Lamotta) runs that shop now.
