What is Wrong With My Transmission? (*VIDEO*)
I have been told this is my throw out bearing. It does this when I put it in neutral and 5th gear when the transmission is cold, mainlyon cold mornings and after it has sat for a while. It is quiet for a few seconds and then starts into thisnoise, kind of pulsing. The sound goes completely away after thetranny gets warmed up. Ideas on what this could be? I'm planning on a spec stage 1 clutch anyway, so hopefully this is only related to my clutch or TOB.

Have you check the fluid level of your transmission fluid? I would drain it and replace it with new fluid and then see how it sounds. Get some Royal Purple Synchromax

That sounds horrible! I have no clue as to where to start, but maybe your synchros?

Sounds like your throw out bearing, after i replaced my clutch mine started making that noise, just not near as loud, and I contacted spec and they said that it should make some noise. So if it goes out in my car its their asses.

Good, that makes me feel better. I was afraid I had some massive problem with the internals that was going to have a feast on my wallet.
Should I get this fixed pretty soon, or will it be okay for a few months?
