Default hand brake wiring

I'm getting ready to sell my '99 GT convertible, but need to do some repairs.

First, the wiring in the hand brake has come loose. I can't figure out how to take the console apart so I can fix it. Is there a special too I need?

Second, there is a slow drain on the battery, and no one can figure it out. If it sits for 2 weeks, the battery will go dead. How much should I drop the price for this problem? I can't sell it and not tell the buyer there is a problem.

Third, the black decal on the hood was ruined in the car wash (not by me) and I've removed it. Where would I find another black decal to replace it? The local parts store say they don't carry them.

Thanks for any advice.
