I always wonder why Vortech never offered polished piping like the supercharger itself

I know all the chrome shops charge a arm and a leg so I just got a bunch of sand paper and went to town. Then I used the best polish I could find 12$ for 4 ozs not all that bad thisstuffworks. It is alot of work but its worth it

May have to give it a try. There is a powder coat place a few miles away but he's high as hell (pun intended).
It looks weird having a polished S/C and the pipe not.

This last summer my buddy and I decided since we had the entire engine taken apart on his 1990 Nissan 300ZX, that we'd try and polish the top plenum. I dont know if you've ever seen what one looks like but they are big and have a lot of surface area with a lot of small crevaces. In all i thnk he spent over 30 hours polishing it and it still doesnt look perfect.
