If Im not mistaken my 04 already has a better head and cam package than the sub 99's so cams maybe but I dont think I need to do the heads.

anyone know what the HP differnce i have a plenum took off the 75 just too much loos in the low end will the 70 do the same?

yes they are better than the pre-99 heads but you still need to upgrade heads/cams to get to 300RWHP. f*ck the warrenty get a blower.

either heads or cams will void the whole driveline warranty, and 300 rwhp can be done with full bolt-ons and cams

Hey MD, Ive been meaning to ask you about the cams you have. I think you said they are VT right? How much are a set of those and where can I get them? Also I just checked out your video with the blower. Im so jealous! How much did that set you back? It looked like a vortech to me, is that right?

VT stage 1 NA, they were $550 - the blower cost me about 3800 with everything including the dyno time

Thats not bad. Did the price for the blower include installation as well? Oh, and how much do you think it would cost to have the cams installed?

yea the blower was installed included in that price, blower was used though. Price got me injectors, mass air meter, power pipe, fuel pump, plugs, chip, dyno and tuning. The cams I installed myself, I couldnt the blower because the tuner was 4 hours away and I didnt wanna drive with it untuned or pay for a tow that far. I suppose a cam install would cost around $350

Cool! I have an opportunity to buy a used complete blower from an 02 saleen for $1000 it supposedly has everything I will need to install it. I guess he blew his engine and had to pull it and get a new one. The blower is said to have 20k miles on it. Do you think It would be worth picking up? Im guessing Id only pick up around 80 rwhp from that type of blower. What do you think...
