Default LT install price

Has anyone on here had a shop do their LT install and how much did it cost you? i don't know if I have the tools and experience to put these in myself. So I am thinking about having someone put them in but am wondering about how much you guys paid. Thanks in advance. Any other comments are welcome!

i got mine installed for $220.. but it was a mechanic that i deal with a lot.. a few other guys around town told me like 500-600.. It is possible to do it yourself but if you do.. you prolly need to give yourselfs a few days to work on it. and becareful those things are stupid when they dont fit with the starter!
