how long will the chrome headers last compared to the ceramic
dont bother, get ceramic and be done with it...if you want looks, you cant really see the headers anyway

+1...my bbk lt headers sound amazing with the bbk catted x pipe. dont forget when u get LT's u need to buy the x pipe. stock H doesnt line up seeing that stock headers are short
If i have a BBK catted H pipe... will BBK lt headers fit perfectly or will i need to get equal length??

for LT headers u need a Shorty midpipe, otherwise u need midlengths or shorties which are useless compared to LT's

Definitely get cermanic as you don't want to do the job twice and the added cost. I am not sure how long Chrome will last. I will be doing cermanic, MRT H catted, and stainless cat-back someday...

IMO the best headers are Kooks Custom Headers. they are pricey but if your gonna do your exhaust do it right the 1st time and get ceramic coated headers.
