injectors supply 16hp for every 1lb, so 19lb injectors will support a system up to 304hp. If your going stroker motor and have maf and tuning capabilities with PI heads I would get atleast th pink toppers(21lbs) but more or less shoot for the 24lb'ers. You'll be kicking out close to 350hp at the flywheel with Lt's, cams, bolt-ons and tune!

Will going to bigger injectors make anymore power by itself?

Nope. You have to get them calibrated to your MAF. So it runs the exact same amount of fuel as the smaller injectors. But they dont have to work as hard, and of course, they will flow more if you need them too. (FI)

How about a matched maf and injectors... if a smaller size injector can handle the power level you're at, will the matched set help at all? I guess I am seeing this wrong, i'm thinking more like a 650 or 750 carb

I'm no specialst. IF the smaller injectors will handle the power. Then there is NO reason to switch

Hmm... I understand.. There are some local people who swapped to 24 lbers.. I told them at the time there was no need in it unless they were @ 300+ rwhp but they saw it differently

You really don't supply us with enough info. What is the compression ratio? Assuming a stock (or lower?) ratio, with full bolt ons, I agree 24# are probably the best. As for matching them to your maf, that is a must. You can drop in 24# on a MAF tuned for 19#, but you'll be washing the cylinders and wasting fuel I believe, as the computer still thinks the 19# are there. You can buy calibrated 85mm or 95mm MAFs on ebay for about $280. You simply tell them which size and what injector you're planning to run, and they calibrate prior to shipping. I would provide a link, but I can't look at ebay from this network.
