To convert from a 2v to a 4v is a pricey piece of cake. New cams/pullies/belts, new heads, new lower intake = 4v 4.6L. If you want to make it exactly like a cobra its a bit different because of the crank, t/b and that whole S/C system including fuel systems and pissers. And the SVT Cobra has a snake with ears all over it.

and pyyro.... don't those pro drag cars only run 1/4 mile at a time? so i would think they could get away with aluminum, seeing as they are not subjected to prolonged exposure to heat.</P>

Good point but I think the guy who enlightened me was referring to a Nascar example. Either way, as long as it holds up I'm happy.</P>
