Default Some more H pipe install Q's

First of all I was gonna wait until my dad could help me on this coming saturday but I can no longer wait. I was wondering if it is possiblewell I know it is possible but is it safefor a 17 year old kid could dothis by myself. the only thing that really would concern me is the old h and how awkwardly heavy I have heard it is. Now if I have the car on completely flat ground where it will not roll should I leave the brake off and out off gear so when I jack it up it will have some roll room or should I just put the E brake on? Probably a dumb question, but hey, O well. And just to get it staight, the passenger side where the h connects to the manifold is the flanged one and the driver side is the gasketed one. Right?

Block the REAR tires with some type of device that can go under the tire a bit .
Put the E-brake on
Put the tranny in 1st gear
Jack up the front from the K-member
Stick some jack stands on the left and right side by the control arms lower the car onto the stands.
Get under there and get busy. Two bolts each side.
Disconnect the mufflers from the stock H.
Take out the 02 sensors. The passenger side is gonna be a bit of a pain as far as taking the nuts off the Stock H by the manifold.

Theres a million ways to do it , just take your time and dont rush.

I have a catback and midpipe to install but i was thinking about paying a friend $50 to do it. I had it up on jacks and i sprayed everything the night before with liquid wrench, the nuts on the mid did not budge. Howver i was using a 12 point socket because i could not find the 6(dads socket set is a joke) and the bolts on the passenger side look very hard to get to. Is it better to give a friend 50$ to do it?

Get one of those universal socket adapters they work wonders in that little passenger side corner.Keep spraying the spay on those nuts.If you could get a 15mm socket that is between a deep and a standard depth that would help with getting that passenger side a ton
