i just changed my rear gears, and wheels, speedometer ****ed up beyond belief, need a programmer i guess... what is the best one out there, ive seen diablo and hypertech, are there others???

If your just looking into a programmer to fix your speedo, doesn't really matter which one you buy. [8D]

i had a hypertech made my car run too lean. got a diablo and have had no issues. recomend it to anyone..........personaly

Diablosport is ten times better, but the hypertech allows you to run off of 87 octane fuel, wherease the Diablosport requires premium pumps.

If your whole purpose in getting, say, a Predator, is to change the speedo calibration, you are overkilling it. If you are going to use the predator for tuning and other functions, cool. If all you want out of the unit is for speedo recalibration, you could instead get your ECU reflashed, saving you some $. Steeda can do this; Saleen can do this. It costs a fration of the price of a tuner. Everything I have said to this point assumes that you already have your car tuned. If it isn't tuned, then you'll get your $'s worth out of a Predator

Based on the small price difference i'd go with the predator just for stuff like datalogging and the better screen. It looks like the best of those tuners.

ok seems like predator is winning by landslide, i noticed that about the predator running only on premium gas, budget is no issue for me, is it better for the car, what are the pros and cons???,

oh one last question, what the hell is hte differnce between getting a chip or a programmer, if you get a programmer there is no need for a chip right? or do chips do some things programmers dont????
