Default 99 GT;5spd, tcs, no leather, 27K miles - $12K?

I am loking to buy this Mustang -Is $12K good for a 1999 GT; 27K miles, 5-speed, TCS, no leather, blackand in perfect condition? It has brand new aftermarket Cobra wheels and tires. The original wheels are included but the clear coat is all pealing.

Thank you in advance.

Should this be placed in the For Sale forum?

Are you selling it or buying it?

What's it got for miles?

It's not worth a dime over book value.

Nadaguides puts it at 11.5K, KBB retail puts it at 9.5K. Id say you at an excellent place to start, but if your selling you might have to negotiate down to 11K. Assuming its in as good as condition as you say, 11K in the end would be fair.

Thats about what I paid for my '00 vert w/leather from a dealer with 32k. Seems a tad high, but nothing crazy. I guess it depends on where your located, how much you love it, and if the person will negotiate a little.
