Got a question for all you smart fellas. on the pre PI 4.6 gt's would it be insanely hard to make them run low 13's to high 12's all motor/street tires? I'm looking into one because they are dirt cheap, and they dont look to shabby. Basically what I am asking..... can I dump 3-4 K into the motor and make that baby quick? I'm talking internals and everything needed, WITHOUT FI. thanks

Plop some PI heads down on the motor and then do the bolt ons and you'd be able to hit low 13s.

pi swap, vt stage 1 cams, full exhaust, intake mods, and a good tune=13s and maybe 12s with slicks

damn that sounds like a lot of work, I thought with just the PI sawp people were makin what the PI cars were makin?? in that case that should be 13's right there correct? the do the cams, gears, and exhaust and I should be lookin pretty good, no?

thats what i was saying, when you do the PI head and intake swap with vt stage 1 cams-you will be looking at 300rwhp, then add on the exhaust, gears and bolt ons and some slicks-and you will makin 350+

you could easily make 50 hp with full exhaust and bolt ons, such as mass air system, plenum, t/b, timing adjuster, u/d...you actually might make more than 50-i dont see why he couldnt make 350 with those mods and the pi swap with cams too
