I agree, the topic title is inappropriate. However, have both drag raced and autocrossed numerous times, I conclude that I really love to do both of them. I have also road-raced many times. Each involves its own set of special skills. Since there are no dragways anywhere near my CT home, and I stopped road-racing about 10 years ago, autocrossing is what I will try again once I get my Mustang.

It takes alot to drag race. I would say that drag racing is the hardest to accomplish. You start from a dead stop, then you have to get all of your power down to the ground, which takes time to learnand do correctly. I can get my cobra driving down the road and let my 7 month little boy drive around corners, but i cant get him to take off from a dead stop jamming them gears like your blind grandmaw can.

Not to hijack the thread, but "svt_97Cobra", did you just get your car or are you trying to sell it? The reason I ask is because your "so called" car in your sig is for sale on autotrader, and I was just wondering if:

A. You are selling it
B. You just bought it
C. Your acting like its yours to try and be cool

Yeah this is my car, I had it for sale on ebay and it is now listed on autotrader and cars.com and I have not removed the listings yet. But as of right now the car is not for sale. before I was in a financial situation with my baby and allwhere I needed to sale my car, but everything is straightn out now so I'm keeping it. I'm really glad you think my car is cool, and you need to keep your inappropriate comments to yourself, instead of trying to start stuff with people. And if you dont believe me get on autotrader or cars.com and phone the owner and see who answers the phone, guess what it will be me.
