I would say buy the TB and plenum.. You have the whole setup in and out except for that... If theres a bottleneck anywhere in your setup its going to be there. The only thing is, is for 319. you would have to get a C&L or a BBK. The Accufab is around 450. for the setup. If you throw one of the two setups I mentioned in 70mm or 75mm you should be good to go.

I really dont want to buy c/c plates. Will the sportline be so low that I will scrape over things on the road? If so, what other lowering kits do you guys recomend, and how hard is it to lower the front. The TB and Plenum I have thaught about but just dont see any real gains in hp. Since I have cams now, it will probablly be a good idea to get that to feed the cams. Any more suggestions.

TB/Plenum will do hardly nothing. I put a plenum on my car and even with s/c I could barely feel a diffeence. Go with the springs. You will scrape stuff, thats just part of having a sports car its not a truck.

As far as I know, CC plates give you a better adjustment on the caster and camber settings. Which you will need to properly align your car after a drop of 1.5" or greater. I have the sportlines on my 98 GT. I love the drop. They are pretty stiff, but i like it like that (better in corners). I would recomend the bumpsteer kit to go along with the sportlines, that bugs me more. Although i know i need both.

I think I am just going to get some upper and lower control arms, or the wideband. I really want my car lower but I really dont want to buy c/c plates.

Couple of personal opinions:

-UDPs would be nice, but I'd only ever buy Steeda UDPs and stay away from the others (especially piggy-backs) and Jegs doesnt sell Steedas
-A short throw shifter would be nice, but Jegs doesnt sell MGWs, and MGW > All
-Springs are cool, but you'll need C/C plates for them to work the best

Plenum and TB FTW
