I believe they just stopped production on the 0w30 weight. I think your gonna have to start looking for a new oil.

Mobil 1 synthetic with a motorcraft or k&n filter. I have had bad experiances with castrol, dont get me wrong castrol is a good oil it just isnt as good as Mobil.
imo:
Mobil>Castrol>Quaker state>penzoil>spit>no oil whatsoever>valvoline.
Another + for Mobil is that it is made by Exxon mobil and not FUC-KING BP.
BP makes castrol, after hearing about their management techniques, business practicesand their outsourcing I have decided to boycott BP. Exxon is the lesser of the evil's in the oil world.

Valvoline 5w-30. (breaking in a new engine) I will never put synthetic oil in my car again, I can't afford to buy another engine for it. Year long deployments+ synthetic= dryrotted seals and since I am gone every other year its not worth it.

Motorcraft 5w-20 and Motorcraft filter. Motorcraft oil is a synthetic blend and at $2.69 at Autozone it it a steal.

Also I get the occasional rattle on startup which is due to the anti-drainback valve in aftermarket filters being located in a different spot than the Motorcraft filters.
I think I am going back to a Motorcraft filter and switch to either Motorcraft oil or the new Penzoil full synthetic which has a lot of good press over on the Bob's The Oil Guy site.
Anyone ever use the Ford Racing Filters?
