I have 4:10's and when I cruise I go from second-fourth-fifth. Even at a stop light. I would not recomend going anymore than 4:10's.

Drove my buddies car he swaps gears often 4.10 was great 4.30 was better and the 4.56 was just a little too much for me. I would say go with 4.30's if you havent already got the 4.10's ....just my 2 cents

Unless its a track only car if your needing 4.30s your not making enough power.

If you plan on launching you better not have a stock suspension

Nor a stock Drivetrain. The 4.30's are used more frequently in the 4v's b/c they rev higher. When I build my SRA this summer, it will have 4.30's in it. I shift at 6500+, that makes alot of difference compared to 5800-6000.

I have springs, control arms, subframes, etc.

I dont have that much power. Im N/A. Ill see the track about once a week. This wont be my DD. Thats what the focus is for lol. You think 4.30's and DR's are too harsh on the stock driveshaft and axels (and tranny)?

I had 4.30's in my 02 GT.

It'll be the perfect gear for a N/A car.

It's even more perfect for a supercharged car on slicks.
