Default Start up help

Whenever I start up my car, the engine starts up and the RPMs fall really slow. It also did this whenever I shift. Anybody know whats wrong?

does it eventually stop falling or does it kill itself eventually. If it stops falls at around 600-800 rmp nothing is wrong.

It eventually stops falling, but it is way slower when falling than it has been before

I took it out and cleaned it good, but it is still messed up. Earlier it started up a little bit more like normal, but the RPMs still seem to lower really slow with shifting, especially out of first and second. Should I just buy a new IAC or is it something else?
